We Provide a FREE KERBSIDE DELIVERY to England & Wales. However, there is a surcharge to some parts of Scotland, Southern Ireland, Northern Ireland and offshore also certain postcodes in London. If you fall in one of these areas, please email your postcode for delivery costs.
Delivery will be 7 to 10 working days. The courier will contact you to book delivery, so please ensure you provide a mobile number. (Please always check stock before placing your order.)
If a book-in delivery is required, as soon as your stove arrives at your local hub, they will call to arrange this. Delivery days and times are Monday to Friday between 8 am and 6 pm, unless a next-day delivery or AM/PM delivery has been arranged at an extra cost.
The smallest lorry is a 7.5 tonne vehicle, and if required, this must be specified along with your order in the notes.
Your goods will be delivered via a lorry. The lorry must be able to pull up outside your property. Please do not order if the lorry cannot reach your property or if there is likely to be a problem with access. Contact Complete Stoves in advance of placing your order if needed. Examples of areas we cannot deliver to include long or gravelled drives, areas inside walled cities with height restrictions, narrow lanes, grassed lawns, steep drives, narrow gateways, or up/down steps. We may be able to make alternative delivery arrangements if you contact us in advance.
With our standard delivery service, there will be one driver. We suggest you have at least one other person with you to assist. The driver will move the goods to the nearest accessible wheel point depending on access. Unfortunately, due to insurance and health and safety issues, the driver is not permitted to move the goods inside your property. However, they may be able to wheel the goods into a garage, depending on access and at their discretion. Stoves must be checked upon delivery for damage.
Faulty or missing items must be reported in writing within 48 hours of receipt. The driver will wait for up to 10 minutes while you unpack and check the goods. If you do not check the goods and the driver refuses to wait, please mark the goods as damaged on the delivery note so you are covered for all eventualities. If you check the goods and find them damaged, please mark this clearly on the delivery note, refuse the delivery, and contact Complete Stoves. If you are unavailable when your goods are delivered on your pre-booked delivery date, re-delivery charges will apply. Goods are only accepted back within 14 days of receipt. Refunds are subject to costs incurred and a handling charge. Return carriage is at the buyer's own cost.
Delivery is Monday to Friday between 8 am and 6 pm.
